Dr. Daniel Growney has been a full-time General Surgeon and resident of York, since relocating from his practice in Kansas in 1993. He is certified with the Amerian Board of Surgery and is licensed in the State of Nebraska. Dr. Growney is the director of York General Hospital’s Surgery and Anesthesia Services and is director of the York County EMS.
Dr. Growney received his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1985 from Creighton University in Omaha and completed his residency in 1990 with Providence Hospital in Southfield, MI.
Along with general surgery, he performs vascular, thoracic and many laparoscopic surgeries.
