Did You Know...
Many people don’t drink enough water, and dehydration can lead to fatigue, headaches, and poor concentration. A good rule of thumb is to aim for about 8 cups (64 oz) of water a day, but individual needs can vary depending on activity level, weather, and diet. Carrying a reusable water bottle and taking sips throughout the day can help you stay on track and maintain optimal hydration!

Now Diane is spending her time doing what she loves most – watching her grandchildren grow up and making the world a brighter place through her art.
