US Hwy 81 and US Hwy 136 coming into Hebron have be reopened. However, the bridge on 1st street coming into Hebron off US Hwy 136 has been washed out and the road is closed from Willard Ave. going south on 1st street from the Hospital. All other roads to the hospital are now open.
