TCHS has a full-time Emergency Department, as required by the Critical Access Hospital Regulations. Laboratory, Radiographical and Physician support is available at all times. Supporting our Emergency capabilities are a solid City and County EMS system, along with Air Ambulance (Rotary and Fixed-Wing) from StarCare, in Lincoln.
